Mindfulness is waking up to live consciously. When we know our intended outcome and we take the time to visualize our best life, we then take that intention and apply it to the choices we make. Mindfulness means no longer waiting for life to happen to you. And to instead to use the power of choice.
Mindfulness is essential in the way we move our bodies as well. That movement, can become a physical representation of the way we navigate our days.
We find our ground and plant our footing. We bring complete awareness to where our next steps will take us. We find strength in the ability to choose. We stop along the way to breathe and savor the moments. We rest and allow ourselves to reap the bounty of benefits that our choices have revealed to us.
